Join us on an amazing trip to Miyajima, Japan with its iconic floating Torii gate.
In this video, we start our adventure by hopping on a JR ferry from Miyajimaguchi Station. As we arrive on the island, we are warmly greeted by some deers, adding a touch of charm to our experience.
We dive into the local food scene at Omotesando Shopping Arcade, indulging in a variety of delicious delicacies and treats. From traditional Momiji Manju to Matcha Floats, our taste buds are in for a treat.
While relaxing by the beach, we come up with an exciting idea – riding a roaring boat through the famous Torii Gate! Brace yourself for an exhilarating adventure as we navigate through the gate, capturing unforgettable moments along the way.
After the boat ride, we satisfy our hunger with a scrumptious lunch featuring Oysters and Conger Eel Don. The flavors are absolutely divine, offering a true taste of Miyajima’s culinary delights.
Next, we make our way to the Torii Gate as the water recedes, allowing us to walk right up to this iconic symbol of Japan. It gave us a different perspective of the landscape with a breathtaking sight that leaves us in awe.
Our journey continues as we visit the magnificent Itsukushima Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage site. We immerse ourselves in the beauty of the shrine’s architecture and its serene surroundings, learning about its cultural significance.
After that we made our way to a local Starbucks where we kick back, relax, and witness the mesmerizing sunset while sipping our favorite beverages.
