This is a parade of swimsuit photo shoots, gravure, idols, models, cosplay, and others to protect a place to express oneself.
The organizer, a woman, announced her idea for the parade on June 9 in the wake of the cancellation of a swimsuit photo session at a Saitama prefectural swimming pool, and on June 12 applied for a road use permit from the Shibuya police station, bringing the parade to fruition only 10 days after the idea was conceived.

Shibuya is a terminal station and one of the three major sub-centers of Tokyo, along with Shinjuku and Ikebukuro, and is one of the major shopping and office districts in Tokyo.
The scramble crossing in front of the station is very famous and many people come and go. It is also a very popular town for young people.
