Hello! We are Seima and Timea and this is our first tour here on Facebook. We live in Osaka, and we want to show you around many fun and exciting spots of this city.
Dotombori is a must-visit tourist attraction in Osaka with lots of bright neon lights, shops and restaurants. Usually, it is very crowded and there are so many things to do here that you could spend the whole day. Everyone wants to take a picture with the giant, iconic Glico billboard and eat some takoyaki on the go.
What is takoyaki? Takoyaki or “octopus balls” is Osaka’s soul food, based on wheat flour and cooked in a special pan. It also contains small bits of octopus, tempura, pickled ginger and green onion. If you like urban tours you will love this one! Join us walking around in this super busy, vibrant and colorful part of Osaka. On this tour, we will walk around by day. There will be another tour covering Dotombori by night, which can give you a full picture of the specific atmosphere in this area.
