熊本県熊本市にある 加藤清正築城の銀杏城の別名を持つ熊本城 西南戦争で西郷隆盛率いる薩摩軍の猛攻にも耐えた城です 2016年の熊本地震で甚大な被害を受けましたが 2019年から特別公開がスタートしました 復旧作業は現在も継続しています 桜満開時期 両側に高い石垣を見ながら石段を登ったのが懐かしいです
Kumamoto Castle, also known as Gingko Castle, built by Kiyomasa Kato, located in Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture.The castle survived a fierce attack by the Satsuma army led by Takamori Saigo during the Seinan War.It was severely damaged in the 2016 Kumamoto earthquake, but in 2019 A special public opening has started since then.Restoration work is still ongoing.When the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, I miss climbing the stone steps while looking at the high stone walls on both sides.
