Loved OBX. ๐ So special. Let's go back soon.
I'm like April, love lighthouses. So intriguing thinking about those who resided in them- isolated and always having to be alert. Ocracoke Island Looks a place not to miss. Love isolated places like that. Charming. Then @7:12 the fog and mysterious lighthouse- wonderful. Aaah, so lovely @8:15 cute. Perfect ending: The rocking chair on the porch.Lovely catching up with you. See you again somewhere sometime soon! ๐คฉ ๐ ๐ณ๐ฟ ๐โ ๐ณ๐ฑ
Haha I like that guy's view on artists… I think I'm a real artist by his standards! Too bad you couldn't go up the lighthouses, but they were all pretty and so much lovely beach scenery. That's pretty crazy for the line for the ferry – but hey, free is free. I'd love to go visit Okra choke coke. ๐ This makes me want to watch the show Outer Banks now… how many lighthouses are in this area?
Wow, it has been over 8 years since I was at the Outer Bank. Thanks for bringing me back. LIKE # 5. ๐๐๐
Wow such a beautiful area. Loved the diversity in the lighthouse designs. I have never seen a house with a light like the one you visited๐
Stupid covid spoiling so much funโฆ it will be nice when us travel vloggers wonโt need to say that again๐ค. Wayne loved how you kept it realm about not getting the name right.
Well done guys and thanks for showing off the Outer Banks
How long are you away for?
Nice place to paint. The Lighthouse is still in use since 1823. Wow! The Roan Oak Lighthouse is really cool looking. Never seen one like that. I grew up with rocking chairs on the porch. They are fun and relaxing.
I love lighthouses! Have you seen the one north of Duluth MN? Amazing:)
I loved the end and just hearing you two talk out on the porch. So peaceful
OMG that guy's painting was amazing! He really captured the landscape! And I have been eyeing the Outer Banks for a moment but I haven't made it a priority yet. That is crazy how foggy it was out there at 4 something in the afternoon. LOL only 4 hours out of the way! And I'm with you April, I'm a beach girl all the way!
It's such a shame you couldn't go up the lighthouse. Yeah, covid really sucks! Loving the drone footage of the water. The banker ponies are pretty cute. Shame they were camera shy! That painting is awesome. I like lighthouses too. The ferry ride seemed a lot more peaceful than the one I took in Croatia a few months ago. Awesome that it's free! The fog adds a cool atmosphere to the lighthouse. I love how the more videos you make the more your personalities come out. It definitely felt like you were talking to a friend when speaking to the camera which is really nice and engaging.
from 6:42 til 7:30 I love the view, specially at 7:10 it really looks beautiful it looks like in the movie. I love the ending so relaxing, looks like a quite night, talking in the porch seating on the rocking chair.
Can't wait to visit OBX with friends and family this year. Trying to convince my better half that it's going to be fun and relaxing and it doesn't have to cost us a lot of cash. ๐๐ฅฐ
Thanks for the video. We are heading there in August.
Just got back from there over 4th of July weekend. We stayed at Elizabethan inn in Manteo.
My hubby and I just got back from there last week. That is by far my favorite beach, for the reasons you mentioned. It is such an amazing place. So glad you got to go. Were you able to make it back down there this year? The locals are fabulous and always welcome us back with full on souther hospitality.
It's some kind of view on top.
