First Impressions of BANDUNG 🇮🇩 INDONESIA Travel Vlog-Cihampelas Citywalk, Braga Street, Gedung Sate

After spending the last 10 days in Sumatra, we took a flight from Medan to Bandung on Java Island. Bandung is the 4th biggest city in Indonesia and is located only 2 hours from Jakarta. We flew to Bandung where we spent a couple days catching up on work and going to the gym, which was amazing!!
The first day we went out exploring, we weren’t planning on exploring Bandung, however everything was so cute that we ended up exploring anyway!! We ended up walking along the Cihampelas Walk on our way from our hotel to the gym. We were surprised by how cute the walkway was up above the streets! After the gym, we bought some Indonesian street fruit on the way back to the hotel. After arriving back at the hotel we had to print some papers. We found a printshop by the Paris Van Java Mall so we headed there to try to print….we were amazed by the mall!! It was so green and decorated very nicely. There were even horses inside the mall! We made our way outside of the mall and down an alleyway that looked like it lead to the printshop, however the location on googlemaps was wrong. We ended up talking to a GoJak driver who explained how to get to the shop correctly, which was not where we were walking!
We went back to our hotel and continued to work. The next day we started exploring Bandung at the zero kilometer mark. From there we went up the famous Bandung Braga Street. There was so much art all over the street, it was so cute! We wanted to go to a famous Dutch bakery, however the bakery didn’t have food and we were very hungry. Instead we went to Jurnal Risa Coffee for some pasta and pizza. We then continues up Braga Street to explore the various parks and colonial buildings around Bandung such as the Gedung Sate building, the West Java People Struggle Monument, and the Babakan Siliwangi City Forest Walkway. We had an amazing time exploring Bandung!!! Stay tuned for our next videos which will be exploring the areas of Lembang and Ciwidey in Bandung, Indonesia!
