I don't see the virtual queue option on my app. I'm not in Florida yet, could that be why? Or maybe it just mean there are no rides on virtual queue today? Also, are you supposed to be able to see your tickets purchased online through the universal website? I don't see them, but read somewhere else it doesn't work that way … Which would be fine,but just confusing because you can see past tickets….I think
