The Ferry service dates back to 1880 and National Geographic Traveler named the ferry crossing as one of 50 places of a lifetime.
We took this video crossing from Kowloon to Central after arriving in Kowloon from the airport.
We walked from Kowloon station to the Star ferry terminal, which turned out to be much more difficult that one would imagine or google maps leads to you believe. A combination of highways and construction makes it a maze of passageways and u-turns.
