    The tonkatsu looks more traditional style. Looks yummy

  2. Love your videos and maybe someone said already but the yellow mustard is Karashi (辛子, からし) is Japanese hot mustard not Wasabi. It’s made of crushed mustard seeds, Brassica and horseradish.
