  1. Thanks for showing us another part of the city. I am not that much interested in fish but everything was nice to watch. That boat full of well arranged vegetables and fruits is really something unique. So many nice indoor and outdoor spaces – everything well cultivated. In the end you could enjoy your beloved sea food meal, as well. Just bravo for your hard work which has been blessed with fine weather although during the rainy season. There is no doubt it is always fun to joyn to your adventures. Let's hope for more others to come. GAAOO!!!!

  2. Tsukiji is more for street food…Toyosu is more restaurants…we had omakase at Daiwa Sushi before walking over to Teamlabs Planet

  3. Excellent history presentation 🤓 Chilling at that seaside park, lunching at Lalaport, and checking out KidZania (I’ve heard of this, so excited this one is so accessible) sounds like a fun family day! Hmm… Can’t decide between hamachi or kurodai. 9:58 😂 Thank you for another chance to travel virtually with you! Adding this one to my next itinerary. 😊

  4. Belated happy birthday, Rion! After more than two years of watching your videos, I'm finally coming to visit Tokyo in July! Surreal… excited to finally be walking around the places we see in some of your videos. We were thinking of doing Enoshima Island based on your past video there, but thought to spend it at Disneyland instead haha. Thank you for bringing Japan to us during the pandemic. All the best, Rion!!

  5. As much as I like malls, I think Rion made a mistake not eating at the market stores. Did not seem impressed with the food he got.

  6. Your video just reminded me I still need to try out that bike rental! Especially with summer coming up, probably too hot for long walks…

I hope it's easy to use/understand for foreigners haha.

  7. For “coming foods” u can change it to “upcoming foods” since “upcoming” indicates something that is going to happen in the future, just letting u know😄

  8. I been there before. It is nice to know that I can bike instead of riding a train! And what do u think about Cremia? I ate there. It is good.

  9. I haven’t been to the both fish markets and this video helped me to make a decision on which market I’ll visit 😊 Also, I enjoyed seeing you playing at the playground. It only shows that majority (if not all) of us still have a heart of a kid 😂❤ Just enjoy life so… Let’s keep sliding lol😂

Anyway, thanks again for another edited video! Can’t wait for your upcoming fun and informative travels! Take care and God bless! 😊🙏

PS: for sure eating that big chunk of ginger will put your mouth on “fire” but at least you’ll get lots kf health benefits from it 😆 👍 🫚

  11. Hey Rion! Thanks for the video. I was in Japan in February and visited both Toyosu and Tsukiji. I think if you are looking for a fun experience, I think Tsukiji Outer Market is probably a little more in line with that. The street food, the restaurant, the shopping, etc. Most of Toyosu is the business side of it. The market and restaurant areas are cool, but those aren't really that special. If there was one thing you should see at Toyosu, it'd be the auctions and information/displays around it. That's just my opinion anyways. Take care everyone!

  12. when i was in tokyo i stayed at mitsui garden toyosu (linked to lalaport) and it was such a great convenient location to stay and chill with nice cafes and lots of good restaurants~ i absolutely loved it and rion you visiting the place brought back happy memories to me, arigatoooo rion!

  13. Glad you could find a bike to get back to the station! Great informative video. Thank you for your honest opinion.Congratulations on 150,000 subscribers!🎉🎊 Let's Keep Walking! GAOOOOO

  14. I know this was not the main part of the video (don't get me wrong, the fish market and sushi meal were great!) But you have no idea how happy it made me to see Rion go down the slide at the playground lol! XD because that was literally the first question I had. Can adults play on the playgrounds in Japan? In the US no one really cares, but had a feeling I might be stared at if I tried it in Japan…..

  15. I have only watched this video for 3 minutes and already clicked like. This is a great video! Outside looks like about 27ºC or higher. Looks pleasant! Thanks for making a great video Rion. Looking forward for more videos in the video! 555! Kampai!

  16. Thanks so much for the adventure. So wholesome you went down the slide ❤ honestly I would have done the same to be honest. 😂 Take care.

  17. I was just in that’s area on wed!!! But everything was closed so had to settle for diver city

  18. We plan on spending some time at the mall, then go to Super Viva Home which has a Hama sushi inside. There is also the first 7-11 in Japan right across the street, which must be worth a visit 🙂

  19. Another Vlog from Rion San. Thanks for showing us Toyuso so that we can see the difference between this and Tsukiji. The kaizen set looks delicious too. Haha. But i guess that ginger bud will cleanse your palate. See you in your next livestream.

  20. I was just there last Thursday morning. Some things to consider before visiting:
1.) Tuna auction starts at 5:30am, before the trains are open. The best way to get there early is by Taxi, which is about 200 yen per mile.
2.) There's a Michelin Star sushi restaurant there. They only accept cash, and the line gets long if you come late.
3.) It's closed on Wednesday (and some other days). Check the calendar before visiting.

  21. 4:26 Oh! we can buy some food here and enjoy the beautiful scenery😌 . 8:10 Japanese fish market history 👍. 10:20 Beautiful Takanabune, 12:12 aiya! Rion is still a young child🤦🏻‍♀️😄👏, childlike innocence👍! 12:39 What a great place to rest, there are barbecues and many restaurants 😍. 19:50 wow! meccha oishiii 😍, tempura shrimp and eggplant look delicious 😋 ,21:50 😂, when Rion is eating, the background music is very nice, this is really enjoying Japanese food🤨👍!
Thank you so much Rion for the wonderful video, bringing everyone to know Toyosu Fish Market👍!

  22. Thank you for this video.
I wondered what the new Toyosu Fish Market was like.
Now, I won't be wasting any of my time there.
    Thanks again!😊

  23. My first visit to Japan, we stayed in toyosu. Its very beautiful and quiet compared to other parts of Tokyo. Enjoyed the food by the port, walking along the canal and shopping at lalaport. The cafeteria has really diverse options in terms of food. If you are at the docks just outside the lalaport around sunset, there is a crane that will light up in defferent colors.

  24. Thank you for making the comparison video. Your opinion that Toyoso might be better for people with kids was helpful. I’m wondering how long ago you went bc it didn’t look crowded at all while Tsukji crowds and lines give me anxiety. 😅

  25. Oh this is perfect for me. Got the whole place to yourself haha. I plan on going both times. Very interesting place.

  26. Tsukiji is famous fish market in Japan. Many foods and sakana. Interesting place. It's fun travelling with you in Tokyo and Osaka, Rion. Thank you for the video.
