On the way from Osaka to Hiroshima by Shinkansen train, our ears peaked when we heard it stopped at KOBE!!! We made an impromptu stop for dinner on the return trip – which luckily worked out!

One of the restaurants we stopped at was sold out, another, fully booked, however the super kind hostess actually got on the phone and was able to get us seated at a nearby restaurant called Setsugekka. If it wasn’t for her this would have been a total bust!
🙏 Arigato gozaimasu🙏

Little did we know that you typically need reservations two days in advanced so the restaurant can acquire the prized cuts of beef! We lucked out:)

Setsugekka restaurant in downtown Kobe serves only award winning cuts and their chefs have over 10 years of experience perfecting the art of cooking this prized meat. 🤯🤩🤩🤩

We had it cooked medium rare per chef’s recommendations, it was melt in your mouth delicious and super pure clean juicy beefy goodness This is the pinnacle of beef experiences for all the #beeflovers out there! Enjoy!!!!
