All the professional athletes know that before embarking on hundreds of kilometres of intense cycling on city bikes you need a strict diet of convenience store fried chicken, monster energy and at least 5 hours sleep a night. Make sure to constantly stop to film things and go to every vending machine instead of preparing any real nutrition and hydration before going up a big mountain. Highly recommended 10/10 holiday.
