Your videos give me Peace …. Thanks a lot Rion !!
The Panda Melon Pan with warm coffee look so good!:)
800 yen is expensive for udon? Don't you know to support Japan's economy as a Japanese person? Then you complain that the shops are closing down? Well, whose fault is that? Stop being so cheap and come out with pointless content about Japan.
I love Melon Pan with soft serve ice cream.
hey rion, may i know what song did you use around 16:20?
π
Please take care in Ueno, there are scamming "Monks" that want your money.
Melon pan is my mom's favorite bread too! Especially with matcha ice cream!
I love your videos u are such a happy and positive person about everything. I will be coming to Japan in october this year to study japanese and you make me very motivated to go there
It looks like a very interesting place to visit.
Rion, thank you for posting these videos. You've been my companion on weekends for the past 3 months or so.
Oh Rion, such beautiful photography. Lovely video πππ

Love melon bread I always try to get some at our H Mart grocery store hope you had awesome New Year's Rion mahalo for all your videos of Japan π₯°π
My favorite type of Mexican sweet bread is one that looks like a pig and a turtle looking one. It's not too sweet but just enough sweet for my palate. I usually eat it with hot cocoa and my favorite cookie is from the asian supermarket it looks like a biscuit and it has a hint of coconut, so good with hot cocoa too or warm milk.
Thank you Rion for bringing me back to Ueno virtually. This place was special to me. I hope to be back.
Just been catching up with your videos, I took a break during the holidays. Happy 2022, Rion-san!
Rion, love your energy and attitude! I am in Florida on the Atlantic coast and it has been around 80 degrees (about 27C) for the past few days. You are right about Florida, because I want jacket weather and that won't happen for another few weeks. And then it only gets into the upper 50's (about 14 or 15 C).
This was the first area I explored when I visited Japan in 2019. Seeing this place makes me miss traveling so much.

Well the french bread certainly looks like their typical sweet milkbread desert you can buy in a bakery, but savory or mayonaise sounds kinda odd to me. At least I have never noticed when buying sweet pieces in france bakerys (German myself)
You give us really nice food finds! You are willing to travel and walk far for good food! Thank you!
I'm just letting you know melon pan is my favourite too. π
Thank you for this video..i really miss Tokyo.
