Awesome day of Striper fishing when we started seeing big splashes on the horizon. Day started slow but ended with a bang, thanks to Capt Woozy https://www.instagram.com/woozyfishing/

While this was an amazing afternoon of fishing, I havent seen anything remotely close to this the rest of the season here in RI. 24-34″ stripers pretty cooperative yes but the fishing overall has mostly been slow. Good fishing early on seems to have lead to pretty slow-average fishing as of late.

  10. SM has his conventional rod set up the only way it makes sense, the same way we (rt handers) all fish a spinner- rod in the dominant hand (rt!!!)and reel with the left!!! Why the manufacturers have us switch with conventionals makes zero sense to me, and no one I’ve ever met can explain it. Can anyone here????
