Behind the scenes:
We spent two days in Sapporo in February 2023, visiting the Sapporo Snow Festival at Odori Park and Susukino, the University of Hokkaido, the Hill of Buddha by Tadao Ando at the Takino Cemetery, the Sapporo Beer Museum and the local pastry shop Kitakaro in the historic library building of the city, which was redesigend as well by architect Tadao Ando. The food you see is Ramen and Soup Curry.
