  1. I suggest putting parentheses on the word steak especially when it comes to different countries. Steak don't always mean beef.

  2. Beh putain, c'est un massacre…..WHY frying something allready fat ? Give meat a chance 🙂 No fat, hot skillet or plancha. Depends on the thickness of the cut. From 1minute each side up to 7-8 minutes for a tbone. And above all…..give a rest to the meat under a cooking bell, at least equal to the cooking time if under 3 minutes. Oh, les gars, la viande, c'est pas des frites merde.

  3. Those Japanese steak look way better. The Quality of the meat, the way of cooking them, everything looks healthier and tastier.
    The other ones mostly fry their steaks in a bath of oil and overcook them. Unless you like chewing cardboard meat, you want the inside of your steak pink.
