Poor Amanda😢. But so cute how she said it's ok as long as Felix was enjoying it. Awwww, true luv ❤
Can you guys do a travel vlog on Aogashima
Hope u feel better soon
Also Hope You Feel better later On.
Thanks for the tour. Really enjoyed it.
Oh no! Amanda, I hope you recovered quickly and that it was nothing serious!!! Was the lavender ice cream too perfumey? Gorgeous sites! Love that blue lake and lavender farm. Cant wait to see what omiyage you got At Hokkaido!!! Felix, so proudnof you! You can hold your own and vlog even solo!! Fun adventure! Stay safe!! Amanda, feel better soon!!!💕
Felix what made you happier at the time, the melon bread or the beer? Hope you feel better soon Amanda.
3:50 Yes, that's the only thing about tours. Strict time limits so you cannot really enjoy the full experience of the destination. On one tour, we were taken to Harajuku and of course, you have to browse Takeshita Street. We got off the bus and was told we had 40 minutes. We only got halfway down the street and had to turn back. Managed to get a crepe and ate it while walking back (bad manners in Japan).
Hey Felix my brother you think Amanda might be pregnant? That would explain the nausea
Beautiful Hokkaido !!! Mahalo for sharing ! I love Lavendar too ! Yummy Goodness ! Enjoy !!!
You guys got tricked. This tour might be good in season, but they took your
money and brought you to still-blooming and post-bloom spots. Waste of a day sadly 😅
Rest & Take Care Amanda ! You did an awesome job sharing Felix ! See ya on the next vlog !
Do you have any merch for sale yet? Would love to buy some!
Feel for Amanda. Structured bus tours are the worst. We would rather freelance than do that cattle rides that make you carsick, stuffed or hungry until you are sick depending on the style, and being ruined by early afternoon. Pick your destination, find the best manner to get there. We have used city busses, trains (great), light rail, cabs, shared cabs which has worked out surprisingly well water cabs (great) Sydney and Victoria ,or walked (often the worst option in cities like Seattle, LA, NY, SF).
Is there another name for large goyza like Gau Gee is the big version on fried won ton?
Anyway those look good. I could eat at least 6 myself.
Amanda and Felix, to bad your tour didn't give you more time to enjoy each place you folks stopped at. Japan is such a beautiful place with so much history. The food looks so good. So sorry that Amanda didn't feel to good, hopefully she recovered and enjoyed the rest of her vocation. Thank you guys for sharing your vocation. One day I will make it to Japan for a vocation, lol.
Aloha
Hope you did not pay a lot for the speed round trip. All the food looked great.
Hope Amanda will be ok soon. Busy but tour is always fun ,a lot of experiences . Soup curry chicken looks good 🍛🥘 🤤
Aloha Felix and Amanda sorry you didn't feel good Mahalo for sharing your trip 🌺🌺🍍🍍
So sorry Amanda missed out on the ʻono-looking gyōza and karaage. Hope she was able to recover quickly. Iʻve traveled all over Japan, but only on two tours – one with my university to the Kansai region, and one local "Hato Bus Tour" when a Japanese classmate asked if some of us Americans wanted to see Tōkyo, where we lived. We were expecting him to take us around, but he booked us on the bus tour for Japanese people visiting Tōkyo, and it was a waste of money because we could have gone to all those places on our own, on our own time, as you usually do. And the tour guide only spoke Japanese, so most of my friends couldnʻt understand her. I remember the 20-minute stops to visit famous sites, and a 10-minute break to go to the restrooms (for about 60 people on the bus). Japanese tourists are used to these quick, rushed tours without much substance when they come to Hawaiʻi because they do it all the time in Japan. I know some Japanese people who couldnʻt even remember which islands they visited. The only kind of tour in Japan I would recommend for people who are used to traveling on their own is a specialty tour like picking (and cooking and eating) mushrooms or fruit in the areas where they are known for growing.
Oh, and I remember seeing Shirogane Ike in winter (when it was white) and getting lots of photos of the swans that come there.😋
I hate tours where they rush you.. you can’t enjoy yourself always afraid the bus is going to leave you . And once you drive forever you have 10-15 minutes to sightsee.. next time hire a private driver to take you around to the sights. I hope Amanda is feeling much better. Take care and be safe
I hope the two of you weren't close to the epicenter of that earthquake and are safe.
I'm curious, Felix said andagi and Amanda corrected saying that they called it a donut. Do they make andagi outside of Okinawa?
I hope you're feeling much better now Amanda!
Amanda, get well soon. It's not fun to get sick when you are on vacation. I had that happened when we were traveling from Prague, Czech Republic to Vienna, Austria during the past New Year holidays. Felix, you definitely can kau kau!
I pray Amanda is feeling much better and thank you Felix for continuing this video…. I am craving some of that jumbo gyoza 😝
Feel better Amanda! I get car sick so maybe that was it. Love how Felix takes care of you!
The blue pond was super cool and eerie.
So nice to hang out with you
Felix cracks me up! So funny. Too bad Amanda got sick 🙁
👍👍👍👍
Oh damn. Sorry that Amanda got sick. Years ago when I was traveling to Chiangmai Thailand, I caught a horrible case of food poisoning and I was sick to my stomach for days. I hope it didn’t completely ruin this part of your trip. And good advice Felix on the tours. I don’t do them anymore 9 times out of 10, because they are so rushed with little to no free time.
