We also stop by Hassei to try some Hiroshima okonomiyaki which a well known Japanese savory pancake street food dish. This dish is prepared on a teppanyaki grill with lots of choices of toppings and filling! You have a choice of soba or udon noodles as well as seafood, vegetable or meat toppings.
