宮古市には泡盛酒造が６か所あります。
今回はその中でも酒造見学と、他と違った洞窟貯蔵が有名な多良川酒造さんへお邪魔しました。
洞窟の貯蔵庫は
「ういぴゃーうぷうす蔵」と言うようです。
２０２３年ゴールデンウィーク明けで、梅雨入り前で快晴が続きます。
多良川酒造へは、宮古島中心部から車で２０分程で行けます。
酒造見学はこれからの時期は団体客も多いようで、事前に予約をした方が良さそう。
試飲含め１時間弱。試飲は１０種類ほどのお酒が飲め、泡盛以外にも多良川酒造さんオリジナルのラム酒、ジンなど豊富。

There are six Awamori breweries in Miyako City.
This time, we visited Taragawa Sake Brewery, which is famous for its brewery tour and unique cave storage.

It will be the end of Golden Week in 2023, and the fine weather will continue before the start of the rainy season.
Taragawa Sake Brewery can be reached in about 20 minutes by car from central Miyakojima.
It seems that there are many group visitors for the sake brewery tour from now on, so it seems better to make a reservation in advance.
Less than 1 hour including tasting. About 10 kinds of sake can be tasted, and in addition to awamori, there are plenty of Taragawa Sake Brewery’s original rum and gin.
