This guy was not the first to serve Szechwasn cuisine in Japan. Chen Kenmin, father of Iron Chef Chinese Chen Kenichi, introduced Szechwan cuisine to Japan in the 1950's. Chili Prawns were one of his specialties and he had to make his own chili sauce before it became readily available in Japan

この御店の近くには紫金飯店も在りますから、かなり中華レベル高い地域ですね。私は横浜出身ですが、中華街在るけど、中華訪ねて見たくなります。

有楽町店には何度も足を運びました。中国出身のお客さんも通っているそうで唐辛子だけではなく山椒がすごく効いていて文字通り痺れる旨さでした。
ここはマジで美味い😋四川フェスや激辛フェスの売上、毎回トップ。

新宿店によく行きます
ここ本当にうまいです。よだれ鶏、麻婆最高です。何食べても外れない。。。赤坂、秋葉原、渋谷でよくお世話になりました。
良く見ると渋谷は古い町中華多いですよね。ここ行った記憶あります。何を食べたのか記憶が曖昧ですが満足したのは覚えてます。

よく五反田店に行くけど、ここの麻婆豆腐は旨い！
香辛料の数が町中華では見ないね。本場の味で勝負するという気概を感じる。しかし日本のいいところ、麺を最後にそろえるとかテーブルにセルフのお茶を置くとかも取り入れている。

オーナーさんは、中国人の方で色々と苦労されて、本場中国料理を作られて、今のお店を立ち上げて、ドレモとっても美味しそうですね。価格も、リーズナブルでとっても美味しそうですね。
ここ夜の部のかなり浅い時間帯に予約して行ったけど、オープン前から並んでて予約して良かったと思った。
味に関して素晴らしく美味しかった。どれを頼んでもハズレなしにめちゃ美味しい。
その時飲み物結構頼んでたからお店に利益が出てたのかと思うとなんか安心した。
