The actor’s Florida penthouse is on top of a new development called The Skyview, which is being built by one of the world’s richest Scientologists, Mexican property developer Moises Agami. The apartment—perched on the ninth and tenth floors—comes with a roof deck, a 39-foot infinity pool, solarium, hot tub, and bar. The penthouse also comes with a passageway leading to a secret smaller condo on the second floor, which features a flight simulator, office, and gym. To get the scene right, Tom Cruise performed the stunt an awe-inspiring 106 times — that’s some commitment to the role!
