If you’re wondering what to do and/or where to eat on a layover in Chicago, you can get a few ideas from what we did in about 3 hours or so. We visited The Bean and we ate a late lunch at The Purple Pig while in Chicago on our 5 hour (really only 3 hours, to give 2 hours for customs) layover. On our way back to the airport, we kind of got lost, so we ended up taking the Chicago red line transfer to the blue line train. I share a London/Heathrow security travel tip in the video; we didn’t know about it, so it was a hiccup in our getting through and then to all the way over to catch our London to Croatia flight. Once in Croatia, I share one of a handful of rental car tips and tricks. At the end of the video, I give you our mistake fares travel tip, showing how we used Flights From Home in Salt Lake City to score our super cheap airfare.
