Kota Bharu and Kelantan state in general have to be some of the friendliest places in all Malaysia.

Join us as we explore Kota Bharu city for the first time and get our first Impressions of this rarely visited part of Malaysia.

We checked out the city’s Chinatown, the huge mosque and riverfront area before heading to a night market outside Kota Bharu city.

The night market was called Pasar Malam Wakaf Che Yeh and we accidentally arrived far too early as people in Malaysia like to go out late when it’s cooler!

Some local Malaysian men invited us in for tea and then we headed for some delicious Kelantanese style Nasi Kerabu – again the store owners gave us drinks and wouldn’t let us pay.

Malaysian hospitality is incredible the people of this country are amazing 🇲🇾

  3. Kudos to both of you for bringing so much positiveness. I am very sure both have your ups & downs moments, good & bad food, in your travel but you always give positive vibes in your video. You are always polite and patient in when you are not familiar with something. Keep up the good work.

  4. Next time when you eat Nasi Kerabu again, please try it with the (Ayam Percik) BBQ/Grill Chicken cook with Cooked Coconut Gravy. That is what Kelantan is famous for also Kuih Akok which is dessert only you can get in Kelantan. Even their Nasi Lemak is different over there.
