A historic site where Heshikiya Chobin relating

The Heshikiya Takino park in Heshikiya, Uruma city is a place where historic hero Heshikiya Chobin related.

Chobin built an artificial pond for water saving for local farmers in Ryukyu ancient era. The pond is still there are the soil which from the pond piled as a hill. Then you can watch a great view from the hill and also can see the White Beach U.S. Navy facility.
