In the us we do not eat cow toungue
In my country we eat every part oh the cow (digestive system not included)
In the Netherlands we eat cow tongue

Itโs not really seen as weird in the US to eat cow tongue but also not everyone eats it. Some people really get grossed out by the idea of it, I assume namely just because itโs a tounge probably just makes people a little squeamish. Still though a lot of people really really enjoy eating it it. Iโm from the Pacific Northwest of the US and I love too make cow tongue tacos sometimes. Iโm perfectly fine eating cow tongue and even cow heart. Idk it rlly depends on who your talking too and what state your in.

In Lithuania we eat cow tongue too. We boil it and then slice it to eat with mayonnaise. Iโm not a big fan of it though ๐
