The Okavango Delta is a global Overlanding destination, it’s an area of the world packed with unbelievable amounts of biodiversity and is a dream for many to come and explore. The typical way to explore is through a self drive safari, so we packed our rigs and head for the border where we would be spending 3 weeks exploring eveywhere between Moremi Game Reserve, Khwai Magotho, and Savuti in the Chobe National Park. This was sure to be an amazing expedition! We begin our journey in Nata at the Nata Lodge, before heading to Maun for a couple days at Audi Camp to gather ourselves and resupply before heading into the Okavango Delta it’s self with a helicopter flight over the Delta, we then head to camp in Moremi, at the famous Third Bridge where we would camp a couple evenings in rooftoptents, listening to the wild sounds of the animals; Lions, Elephants, Hippo’s, Hyena’s and more. The following morning we head out to game drive the Mboma loop, and take a boat on the channels of the Okavango delta its self. This is where we would get charged by a Hippo in our boat, which certain shook things up for us a bit! The next day we head to Xakanaka to on our way out of the park, en route to Khwai Magotho.

Could not wait for your next instalment and it did not disappoint!! Everyday is an adventure in Africa, be it a flat tyre or boat-engine issues and ramping a hippo!
Next episode when ????
Its nice to see all of you enjoying my home village Maun. I hope it was worth the adventure🔥💯
MAY I PLEASE HAVE YOUR CONTACT DETAILS
this isn't roam overlanding. this is roaming Toyotas 😂
I would kindly like to know the total cost you spent on the whole trip to Botswana and back. Even if it is not the exact, the estimate would be highly appreciated too.
The most spectacular place on this planet! Well done on capturing this beautiful paradise so well
home…thanks for visting botswana ..only thing is we have few bad roads ..but you will enjoy botswana and its people..
Funnily enough I hit something on that stretch of road coming the other way that forced me to have my wheel alignment done in Gaborone.
Our trip took us over the top of the Okavango Delta through the Selinda Reserve. Trip of a lifetime with memories etched forever.
Awesome episode 👌🏾 remember after you made the Namibia trip you asked the trip we would want to embark on…I specifically mentioned this trip via the savuti!! Still remains my dream trip
No river crossings?
Great experience,I love all that but I don't have a land cruiser
Really interesting video, I did the Okavango (all private concessions bordering Moremi) by light aircraft in 2010 spending 10 days traveling from Oddballs to various other lodges and on to Mowana river lodge Kasane before crossing into Zambia at Kazangula, absolutely brilliant, we didn't do it by 4×4 but my parents did in the mid 90's
What interests me is the system's that you have in your vehicles, solar power, charge controllers, long range diesel tanks, water storage, refrigeration equipment etc, I own a blue water sailing yacht which has significantly more water, diesel, battery capacity than your vehicles but of identical nature and it's amazing just how similar the vast majority of systems are, fascinating correlation between the two
As you said, this trip was absolutely magical! I genuinely enjoy it.
Warm greetings from Philadelphia.
I can tell fun was had here…Cheers boys! to many more episodes 😋
Cant believe i live in this country and have never ever been up there by the swamps.
Epic indeed
Beautiful video, captures the beautiful and majestic African nature. One day I’ll go on a similar trip through Botswana. Dream of mine as well.
What model is that wurth wheel nuts remover, and how much does it cost?
☕👌☕👍🆙️😉
Coming from Maun, Botswana I must say I love to see content from home. Have you been to the Makgadikgadi Game Reserve yet? Its the most beautiful area with zebra and elephants population. Otherwise thanks for this content.
Really Awesome Video! Great Work Adrian!
This video brought so many memorines, In June 2022 with a friend of mine, we did a road trip in Botswana as well, from Kasane,Kazungula, back to Manun to Moremi, and so many other places, that time we had a two by 4 car, so we could not go into several places on our own so we had to do a lot of game drive with other people once we got into some places, the best moment of the trip was the two days we spent camping in Makhadikhadi Pans, Botswana is indeed a hidden gem.
camera gears??
Always looking forward to content, love love the new gear 👕
My main issue with this video as a whole is that… ya’ll left me behind 😩
Thank you Adrian, Awesome,Really l Enjoying your Trip, Thankyou and all of your Team members, best of luck, keep going on 👍
Really enjoyed this…
I'm not doing that boat tour, especially with an inexperienced guide.
Awesome trip !
been watching Roam Overlanding for a while and that some action with the hippo. Glad you guys are okay
are there fishing opportunities there?
Good going ,keep it up
Beautiful video and a sureshot exciting experience. Amazing
brings back memories of our stay and bush tours in the Zambian wilderness @30 years ago. Thanks for bringing back those memories
Great video thanks for posting. I did a two week self drive camping safari in Namibia and looking to hit Botswana within the next few years. Greetings from Ireland 🇮🇪
Good day. Just subscribed and watched… I love nature and this was wonderful production. What are the basic things you need when you are a first time camper?
Awesome nudge by the hippo .Took my breath away😅. Reminds me of the reserve forests in South India, in the western ghats where one has to be aware of the omnipresent elephants but the wildlife viewing even from the highway can be great.
Cannot express how much I enjoy this. Please don’t stop doing these vids.
Bro almost hippo snaks 😢 scary stuff
Dude your vids are super professional 👍🏻
Which time of year we’re you there ? First two weeks of February? I’m pretty sure that’s the same dead elephant I saw there. We saw 3 male lions on it the morning after it died
Nice 👍
