About 15 years ago I once flew Iberia with the A340-300/600 from Madrid to JNB on what I describe as my worst flights ever. After watching this video however I have to say the cabin looks great and I would definatley consider flying them again.
Now even planes start to feature USB-C plugs before Apple does hahaha
I’ve flown Iberia both inside Spain and Transatlantic to California and Theyre good. Not the best but not Bad, my crews have been quiet but attentive, the food was good too. The only issue I have with them is that they get undercutt pricewise more often than not.

Beautiful plane, I want to become a A350 900 pilot so I’m studying aerodynamics and physics right now. Hopefully you go on one of my flights in the future lol
To be honest Iberia was never great in the past ,the cabin of the A350 looks nice but the Inflight catering for such a long flight its diabolical as I said typical IB .Qatar provides on the flight from Edinburgh to Doha a choice of great hot meals wine all kind of none alcoholic beverages and a hot Snack before landing on a flight less than 7 hours and you can have coffee and tea throughout the flight whenever you like it .

The voice over explains everything. Since having a stroke in 2019, I have problems reading the subtitles to explain. So you make your videos more enjoyable for me, at least.
The crew attitude was very unfriendly to say the least and you are European and white imagine if you were colored and non European or American.If they were that afraid of being filmed it may mean they don't like to provide good service and they don't want that filmed
Looks like a nice product but will skip due to aforementioned rude and uncooperative crew.
Nice trip report, I have to try Iberia on long haul (I did tried their A350 and A330, but in business class to London) but seems like pretty good on long haul flights. When I will fly to Brazil in winter I will try to book it with them as I live in Madrid it should be an option.

Flew on this recently from Boston to Madrid. Was supposed to have been the A330 so a it of a surprise. Gate agent moved us to the first economy row behind premium economy so leg room was epic. Crew was friendly but non existent once meal service was complete. Seat was great, food was good, plane was quite and comfortable. I assume we had older config because I don’t remember the phone holder.

Respect for Iberia for still having 3-3-3 in economy. Hope in the future it will still remain as a 3-3-3 and not as a subfleet with 3-4-3 economy seating.

Last I flew with Iberia was from Barcelona to Chicago via Madrid and back many years ago. They marketed that flight as a direct flight but it wasn’t. Service was OK.

Its a funny company. In January on a point-to-point EU flight, they have managed to loose my luggage. Their computer system was down, so hand written boarding cards in Madrid, luggage tags without destinations, just with #. Then at boarding gate two full crews fighting, if its their flight to BUD or PRG. Then at boarding a poor office person writing by hand to an A4 paper who has boarded. No apologies from them whatsoever. So thanks but Iberia no thanks.

I flew Iberia in 2019, business class from JFK to Madrid. The cabin and the service itself wasn't good or bad.. just average, but that was my first flight ever on the A350-900, and the aircraft was great!
I've since flown on the A350-1000 with Qatar Airways, also in 2019 and that was a great flight. I had the opportunity to upgrade to qsuites and didn't do it. I wish I had because nowadays the upgrades are ridiculously expensive.
That seems a rather monumental step up in service and quality. Flew transatlantic with them years ago to Latin America and they were utter dog sh*te.

Wait a minute – only one full meal and one snack for a 10 hour flight? Maybe I'm spoiled, but for anything over 7 hours, I'd expect two full meal services. I've had full breakfast and full lunch for an 8 hour flight from Frankfurt to New York (Singapore Airlines, Economy Class). Like I said – maybe I'm spoiled.
The only long haul flight I had with IB was MAD-SCL back in 2017 on their A340-600. I remembered back then, they served ham sandwiches in the galley throughout the flight and u can even ask for eyeshades. Pre-landing snack was a hot ham&cheese croissant but couple more light bites inside the box.
