50th Kobe Festival (Kobe Matsuri) The main event is a grand parade through Flower Road and other parts of Kobe, showcasing the diverse talents of many different community groups and organizations in Kobe. There will of course also be many stage events, jazz performances, areas to try out different sports, food and activity booths, and more! Also, each ward is holding their own local festival
