Hey so today august times for universal studios japan and express pass opened up. However I can not buy tickets using the official website. Please help. I thought maybe it was because I had Visa and android/microsoft devices. But even with ipad and apple pay, it just keeps saying "credit card failed, please try to purchase again". If anyone can help me, please do so.
