The founder and head chef is Enrico Crippa.
He opens Piazza Duomo in 2005, and within one year, he has the first Michelin star.
He gets the second in 2009 followed by the third in 2011.

Piazza Duomo is also a regular on the world’s 50 Best Restaurant list.
At the time of shooting this video, they stood at number 19.

In 3 hours, Chef Crippa and Piazza Duomo raised the bar and put on a show, and in my opinion, this is probably the best restaurant in Italy.

  1. Little question! What should we wear in a Michelin star restaurant when the weather is really hot? Suit is too hot for me

  2. Those courses with many small dishes sure look like they're an Italian take on Kaiseki Ryori. Looks like a lot of fun to discover everything.

  3. Hello 🎉 sir
May I ask you about red wine which one is the good and best please tell the mark model like chateaux … Parvie …
    Thanks🎉

  4. Waiters in tailored quality suits take things to the next level. A proper attire is so underestimated among top restaurants.

  5. I dined here last April and did the Barolo menu. It was exceptional. The staff were so friendly and welcoming!

  6. I loved the new format of the videos showing the amount of the bill spent at the restaurant. Sometimes we miss opportunities to visit beautiful places that would probably come out of the budget. Greetings from Buenos Aires, Argentina

  7. Is it seen as poor form at restaurants like these if you “only” spend money on the chef’s menu? Like, a 500 euro meal once-in-a-lifetime experience I can see. But 2,300 euro? We live in different worlds.

  8. Personal Opinion: This is one of the most underrated YouTube channels. Always great videos and narration. Keep going on doing more videos!

  9. You should definitely visit the indian peninsula if you liked the inspired dish from Bangladesh, the food here is opposite of what you have, presentation wise, but insane flavour all the same.

  10. Ate there in 2021 and found the staff rude and inconsiderate, the food over complicated and decor bland. Assistte Champenoisse in Reims 5 times better. Not worth 600 euros.

  11. 3k for a few mouthfulls of food? lmfao.

There is NO WAY in YOUR LIFETIME this food even lines your stomach on the way down LOL

Check out how big this boy is; yet eats leaves lol. You know theres a family bucket of fried chicken under the table

  12. I have a Couple Of Questions… Is Piazza Duomo LEED… This Is The Highest Award a Commercial Space Gets For SUSTAINABLE DESIGN, BUILD, And OPERATION… ( LEED; LEED, LEED BRONZE, LEED SILVER, LEED GOLD, LEED PLATINUM) My Main Question Is DOES MICHELIN PIGGY BACK OF LEED Or IS LEED EVEN a CRITERIA For Getting a GREEN MICHELIN STAR…. Because If It Come Down to a Farm, NOMA, The French Laundry, Asador Etxebarri, Restaurant CENTRAL Should All Have this New Star.
