I love visiting zoos but every time I see the Ueno Zoo, I find it depressing. The enclosures for the animals looks really small compared to other zoos ๐ข
The zoo has changed since we visited in 2008 much improved, went to see the giant panda but he had passed away, the local visitors were very helpful, we had a problem with the ticket machine they sorted it for us, finding the zoo from the station was confusing for kiwi tourists wonderful people sent us the right way,
Thanks for the entertaining video! All the animals, including the panda, were so cute. The restaurant also seemed to be accommodating and delicious too. Maybe it was because of the ceramic material of the bowl that kept the mapo tofu boiling hot for so long. Anyway, thanks for the hard work!
Ah that settles it, I'm going to Ueno Zoo when I'm over later this year!
You probably should have a B-roll of all the dishes first before you start eating. But at that price, it is really affordable.
Thanks for taking us to Ueno. Iโll be visiting Tokyo this coming Autumn and Ueno is included in my itinerary. I will visit the National Museum of Nature and Science and of course Ueno Park.

What a surprise! I am for the first time in Japan after following your channel for years! Your walks and streams have been an inspiration for some things to do and I arrive at Ueno yesterday and staying in the area! Sadly because of the typhoon the weather is really rainy right now, so I don't think I can enjoy Ueno park, but I am glad the weather was nice for you!

What a fun day in Ueno! I'm definitely going to see if I can check it out on my trip. The Chinese restaurant looked so good. I liked the lunch deal where you could try multiple dishes. I make Mapo Tofu at home sometimes, but I bet it's better there. I also lost it at 11:32. I didn't know they had Red Pandas too! They are my favorite <3 So cute!
