NLEX Segment 10 / Harbor Link Partial Update as of May 2018

This is one massive elevated toll road! This connects NLEX to North Harbor. It still has a long way to go due to ROW issues and it passes mostly through PNR line. Got a chance to check this out. A worthy contender to Skyway 🙂
