    Yes Emirates & Qatar is better than Turkish, but Turkish offers ticket with 30% cheaper than both the winners.

    I ocassionaly flying with turkish, and finds the service differences is not signifficant for me co sidering I always took a night flight for long haul.

    You need to do a new review on TK.. They do varry menus and snacks. They have actual silverware for passenger use. Their food is not bad. Your flight issues might have been isolated occurences. Just fyi

    I flew from istanbul to taipei 10 hours flight 3 times the last 5 months, the economy class was really good they fed us good the service was perfect and the cabin crew was amazing, and the ticket was 466 euro one way, I consider that as a good price.

    I was really surprised to see the Turkish examples, I last flew them in 2015 and it felt like there were so many, "extras"! Looks like they cut corners after 2020, sorry to see it

    I'm sorry man, but you can't compare one airlines' Long Haul flight to anothers short-middle length flight.
    That's why Turkish didn't score top on your service or "Snack" category.
    Fly with TK in a Long Haul flight, and you'll see what I mean.
    This video just looks like "TK Bashing" to me.
    I know that EK rely heavily on their "ambiance" and "service model" but their crews don't have to do 3 jobs at the same time.
    Qatar actually is a really good airline, but your statements and objections don't fall into the same category as the flight catogories are not the same.
    And I would like to add something more here.
    Turkish cut off a lot of service and comfort stuff on their flights because of the pandemic. Not for financial reasons, but for the health of the passengers and the crew.
    That's why you didn't see any snacks πŸ˜€

    Thanks for this review! I usually fly Qatar since I have One World premier status and like to ensure I get those points :)! But recently had the misfortune of flying Qatar in Economy for a completely full 12 hour flight, and the service and comfort was really horrible (by their standards that is). Everyone in the surrounding seats kept saying Emirates economy was much better, which led me here to your videos. I have to agree that Qatar offers impeccable in-flight service for business class passengers (I've flown Emirates business and found the service to be much more impolite and inattentive by comparison.). But, Qatar's economy service just does not live up to my expectations. So I'll definitely give Emirates economy a try – particularly after this review.

    I flew Turkish airlines. The economy class left me in tears the last 4 hours of a 21 hour flight. No leg room… Low ceilings..couldn't 😒😒 sleep in terrible seats…

    Abosolutely Accurate and amazing video Dan. Finally I found a youtuber who is exactly my Height and can understand what , me as a tall guy go through by sitiing in Crab Angle while seating in economy.after more than 10 years traveling with all 3 ,I would say TK is Bullshit not only beacuse of it`s seat width , also FAs are very unsmiled and uneasy.

    actually I had an experience while boarding Turkish flight it was my first flight as I was going for 2 weeks working trip when we boarded the flight they offered us welcome drinks.unfortunately the cup was leaking when I realised it, it had leaked onto the my shirt already, so I asked the flight attendant who by the time she had gave me the cup had flown to the end of the cabin and she realised and came back and said oh sorry about this and took the drink, changed the cup and again gave it to me, unfortunately was again leaking and that was leaking very badly and I did not know how could this happen

    My favorite airline is Emirates πŸ‡¦πŸ‡ͺ, I flew with them for the first time last year in July, roundtrip from Washington DC to Dubai and back. And I was very comfortable on both airplanes ✈️. I would definitely fly with them again to Dubai.

    I am so glad I was able to track down this vlog from your library. But, also a little disappointed because I will be flying Turkish Airlines economy in late July from NYC to BASEL via ISTANBUL. I hope I will be able to sleep once done with the meal service. I'm 5'5" so the leg room in economy will not be an issue. The 4hr layover at the Istanbul terminal should allow me enough time to get from my arrival gate to my transfer departure gate. The flt to Basel is only 3hrs. Upon my return I'm flying Business class from LHR to LAX via Istanbul with the same 4hr layover. I spent days comparing airlines and prices and Turkish came out on top based on the scheduling and price. But most of all they allow 2 checked bags, even in economy, when the other carriers only allowed 1 checked bag. Still screwing around with the seating. Thank you again for always supplying valuable information as well as your personal impressions. Wishing you and Oskar all the best.

    I agree, i do not recommend to fly withTurkish airline to anyone, and I had the same experiences and they charged me $230.00 because ther way a 14 hours layover between my flight from Van to Istanbul and Istanbul to USA, but they did not pay for it. They mostly do not speak English and they acting very mean and unprofessional.
    For a night. Then after I returned, my luggage were broken and my new items were missing and one of my cartons was missing and they did not take care of it after I called them more than 20 times. Nothing take care off. Very poor service.

    Travelled with qatar and Emirates economy.
    Emirates:- food was decent.but the aircraft is way too overwhelming. The decorations feel a bit too much.the seats are pretty good. The staff is extremely polite and helps you a lot even the ground staff of Dubai airport are great

    Qatar:- the food is better imo, also the extra ehead rest they provide makes it comfortable. The flight overall is not as decorative like emirates its actually very basic which i like. Qatar airport have extremely polite and helpful crew. I missed my flight because of delay, they were kind enough to provide me hotel + new ticket with no additional cost.
    I would honestly say Qatar is a bit better, but either of the airline is going to help you alot unlike indian airlines who just dont care about the customers.
    If you are travelling international prefer Qatar/Emirates. Their service and hospitality even if you are flying economy and not a previlige club memeber is unmatched. Blindly choose these airlines for international travel.
