During my 3 months stay in Japan, the first place I stayed was at Hotel Monday in Nishikasai in Edogowa city. It’s a boutique type small hotel but it was perfect for my solo trip. Besides it’s extremely convenient location across the street from the Nishikasai subway station, it’s also surrounded by tons of restaurants and shops, convenience stores and it’s a calm and relaxed neighborhood. They also provide a free shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland during the winter since it’s not too far away. When you want to go to any of the tourist spots in Tokyo it’s just a short subway ride to most places. If you’re planning to visit Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea I highly recommend checking out this hotel for your stay.
