  4. Hello everyone. It is tough to write a bad review for the business, but when I think about my Turkish airline experience, I should let all people know about that. Turkish Airlines canceled my parent's flight from Tehran to Los angles on Feb 2020 due to covid-19. It was understandable that Turkish airlines did not allow passengers flights for safety. After I had purchased the tickets with Qatar Airways double price and my parents returned to the United States, I called and asked about my flight tickets. Guess what? They said no more tickets; The ticket owner did not show up on the flights. To make a long story short, I was on the phone for hours, and I am sure everybody knows all the numbers on the website are not excited, and after a year, I am still struggling to get credit for my tickets. My next step is a legal action, and I do not give up. I have all the evidence. Please join me if you have a terrible experience with a Turkish airline. I had spent so much time and energy. Please, please, please. NEVER EVER BUY A TICKET FROM THIS AIRLINE. They are not good in this business. They need to change.

    Ulkenin tamamini asiladilar, cocuklar bile asi oluyor. Bircok eyalette maske zorunlulugunu kaldirdilar.
    Amerika bu ulkelerden daha mi az guvenli? 🙁

    Bu kurallarından birinin de PCR testi zorunluluğu olduğu belirtilen açıklamada, "30 Aralık 2020 itibariyle, Türkiye'ye gelen 6 yaş ve üzeri yolcuların (denizci, transit yolcu hariç) planlanan kalkış saatinden önceki 72 saat içerisinde numune vererek alacakları negatif PCR test (nükleik asit testi olmalıdır) belgelerini uçuştan önce ibraz etmeleri gerekmektedir. 15 Mayıs 2021 tarihinden itibaren Hong Kong, Çin, Tayvan, Vietnam, Avustralya, Yeni Zelanda, Singapur, Tayland, Güney Kore, İsrail, Japonya, Birleşik Krallık, Letonya, Lüksemburg, Ukrayna ve Estonya'dan Türkiye’ye gelen kişilerin Türkiye'ye girişlerinde PCR testi talep edilmeyecektir." ifadelerine yer verildi.

  6. Turkish Airlines is the worst-serving airline I have ever contacted. From February 2021 to 2021, my flight (Turkey-Guangzhou) was cut off, but they did not give me a ticket for the next flight. They only asked me to wait and sold the ticket to the high-priced passenger (9280USD). On July 1, 2021, we went to the Turkish Airlines office in Taksim and hoped that they could help us change the air ticket for returning to China in recent months. The staff gave the ticket from Istanbul to Shanghai on 9.3 (TK0026) and then passed the Chinese Consulate in 2021 There were no flights to Shanghai from the beginning. Deceive consumers
    No, I want to publicly let everyone know that you are a company that has imperfect systems and deceives customers. We call Turkish Airlines customer service and send emails. ️Customer service hangs up for no reason after 5 minutes of talking
    ️It takes 10-20 minutes to make a call to customer service
    ️Customer service and airline leaders shirk each other's responsibilities by kicking the ball, constantly making customers call repeatedly but can't solve any problems

  7. Sadly but the Airline s*cks now. TA cancelled a flight, told me that I got an open ticket! Open ticket means no Ticket in Turkey. Later said that I still can get a refund, but they can't calculate the godamn taxes. Customer Service Center is useless(outsourced). Emailing them is mission impossible. Legal action is the only way of dealing with them. Great commercial though LoL. Fake it until you make it.

  8. This is just an add. Unfortunately, they don't give what they offer. On board service is good but from the moment you get to Istanbul Airport it's the worst customer service you will experience in your life. I was there just in a transfer and It was awful even traumatizing for me and specially for my diabetic mom who after all the anxiety and stress experienced collapsed. I hope after the COVID-19 pandemic that boosted their popularity they will be out of the business. What is worse is that they never take responsibility for their mistakes.

  10. Turkish Airlines is really bad with customer services. Stuff is uneducated, not trained, not capable of speaking decent English and rude if there is a problem and you insist on solution.

    Customer service is done through "Feedback" procedure which is basically email reply that can take 48 hours while you are stuck at the airport. So, practically Turkish airline can not produce any solution through phone calls. So, disgusting.

    If anything goes wrong at your flight, you simply pay for it.

    Character and Quality of Turkish Airlines company are just disgusting.

You canceled my tickets all 9 and in 2 months you never email me , you or ojoo, we have prove Turkish airline lies but they are such a big company and they know they can do what ever they want, they can treat people like trash and still nothing can be done. Shame on you …. please do not buy with Turkish, or any other agency that deals with Turkish, they are bad people, very bad , please people lets do something, I want to sue them for all the expenses, stop buying with them ?,?

  12. Hi, as stated in claim ticket TK-7352000, I need to gather your attention on my booking VFPEJR. Both customer service operators and claim operators told me that it was not possible to change my return flight ticket. But when I was buying the ticket I took a screenshot of the fare comparison page (that you are able to simulate in the website when choosing the flights hours and class fares). As you can see, with the Economy W Class fare too, the website said that it was possible to change the flight dates by paying an extra fee (in Italian “Modifica a pagamento”). I’m not saying this is a scam, but for sure there is a misleading bug in website: I chose that fare only because I needed my ticket to be flexible (due the current political context in Iran). I don’t need to be refunded, I just want to change the flight dates (roundtrip) as promised in the website. I want to collaborate, but I will leave and maintain negative reviews in any channel / social network to raise priority in this case, until I will be able to change both flights tickets. Especially in this critical context in Iran, it’s not possible that you have this kind of misleading bugs, and I’m doing this complaint also with the purpose of helping other consumers. I need your urgent feedback and resolution. Best regards.

  14. For the first time, I booked a return ticket from Turkish Airlines for Munich to Dhaka and back.

    Munich to Istanbuul: 20.10.2022- 10:50 (Changed)
    Istanbul to Dhaka: 20.10.2022 – 18:35 (Changed)
    Return,
    Dhaka to Istanbul: 25.11.2022 – 06:50 (Delayed)
    Istanbul to Munich: 25.11.2022 – 16:25 (Delayed)

    They changed my flight two times before I even took the Munich to Istanbul flight. I had to contact them to ask how to get a better connecting flight. They changed my flight in a way that I had to stay 4 days in Istanbul airport. The worst thing is that their return flight from Dhaka to Istanbul was also delayed for more than eight (8) hours. They did not even care to send me an email about that. Consequently, the connecting flight from Istanbul to Munich was delayed. But for more than 12 hours. I went to their help desk in Istanbul, but they did not help me, not any of us. They cleverly put their 'Hotel desk' in a place where if you want to reach you need to have a transit visa. It cost 60 dollars. And they don't help you get the Visa in any way. Very rude and unprofessional people at the help desk. They do not give a damn thing about their passengers. I was altogether almost three days either on the plane or in the airport terminal. This is the worst experience ever. Inflight crews are below average as they do not show up for hours. Terrible food such as rock-hard bread, a bunch of tomatoes, and olives. Nothing good. However, I saw sushi served to the business class passengers but for us, it was just breakfast two times in an eight hours flight. I am .not even exaggerating a bit. I will never fly with Turkish airlines ever. If there is the end of the world and there are only two airlines, I will choose the other one for sure. They did not even try to compensate somehow (even with some good behavior). In Istanbul airport, I went from desk to desk, but nobody knew any specific information. It's like they all started working for the airlines just yesterday.
    Turkish Airlines, you successfully ruined my trip home that I made after five long years and back. Last but not least, although I live in Germany for a long time and have my permanent resident permit, my passport is from Bangladesh. Throughout this journey, I realized the pain and humiliation of being a citizen of a 3rd world country. This is the world we live in.
