Take a walk with me around Baclaran in Parañaque Metro Manila Philippines. Baclaran is known to be among the biggest market areas in Metro Manila Philippines. This place is wall to wall with people during the holidays especially during Christmas. It’s nice to walk around and actually be able to breath. Wednesdays can get busy though during what is called Baclaran Day where Religious devotees flock to this sanctuary and participate in a popular Marian novena offered for the Blessed Virgin Mary’s reputed miraculous aid and intercession. On this video, I also visit a small slum area and take a sneak peek into how the homes look and how some of the squatters live.
