渋谷・鹿児島おはら祭は、鹿児島と渋谷が歴史的に深い縁があることから、1988年から渋谷区の協力のもと、文化等の交流の一環として開催され、多くの見物客を集める一大イベントです。
26回目を数える今回は、2,000名を超える踊り手が渋谷の道玄坂と文化村通りで踊ります。
The Shibuya-Kagoshima Ohara Festival has been held since 1988 as part of cultural and other exchanges with the cooperation of Shibuya Ward, due to the deep historical ties between Kagoshima and Shibuya, and is a major event that attracts a large number of spectators.
This year’s festival, the 26th, will feature more than 2,000 dancers dancing along Shibuya’s Dogenzaka and Bunka-mura streets.
