After consuming copious calories in the streets and markets of downtown Osaka, we’re bullet training through the birthplace of ninja to meet back up with our favorite fellow filming fam: MomDuty! And while we’re sharing a mountainside Nagano chalet for the weekend, we figured we might as well put all four kids through a little ninja training themselves.

ABOUT US

We’re the Lockwoods. And we’re traveling the world to experience—up close and in person—all the natural wonders and distinct cultures that our kids would otherwise be consuming only through textbooks and TV. We think it’s a better way to learn and we’re working hard to fund this little experiment in the hope that our kids will grow up wiser, kinder, and more grateful for the beauty of our diverse planet and its people.

  9. They say, when it comes to traveling, we do it three times: first when we dream about it, then when we actually go, and finally when we look back and remember the adventure. But doing it w/ your Ninja besties is just priceless ❤️We can’t wait to do all over again! See you soon😍

  10. husband's back time 47 seconds – I see Brooklyn either drawing or coloring on her I-pad quite often – exactly what is
    she doing ?

  11. # 2 the Ninja Village was super impressive – the kids had to consider it the highlight of – maybe most of the trip. So much
fun ( if you were young enough ) Our son Ryan, in 1992 – age 7, started Tae Kwon Do for his birthday gift. I decided to join
him two months later – age 49 – First two years we went 3 days a week, last two years just 2 days a week. We both received
our Black Belts. Mine was more like – yep, i finished the forms, but I was no Bruce Lee – ( who, by the way is buried in Seattle
with his son ) Ryan on the other hand was pretty darn good. A good bonding for dad to do this with our only child.
