Your videos are like meditating for meβ€
A video about editing would be nice π
I seriously love your photos and videos! Inspires me to make youtube videos as well but…. π π haha too lazy to right now. I wish I could take more videos and photos!
Unfortunately, I find it extremely hard to find inspiration in my country because it is pretty anti-cameras and the culture doesn't help either. It's like you said, my inspiration comes mostly from travel and that is when I enjoy photography the most. And to comment on what you said at 4:20, you are completely right; I find that photographers who try to be creative from within themselves take better pictures than when they try to imitate other pictures. It just adds a lot more uniqueness to the picture which makes it not boring to look at; my favourite thing about humans is how completely different each person is from another and I love how it can be represented in the photos they take.
Great video! Btw, which lens are you using on your E-4?
Lovely! Many thanks for sharing these thoughts and suggestions. I really enjoyed these photos.
I still firmly believe that it is okay to be a jack off all trades π
updated editing walkthrough please!
Which lens on the X-E4?
Your photos so good and inspiring, thank you for share knowledge !))
Needed that
Awesome advice I am actually in the same scenario in a sense.. tanks for the pov and I actually was planning to go out early tomorrow to shoot and I shall be going early before I do my errands..have a great nite sir
I have very much been enjoying the sites of Hiroshima and area through your capable lens. I appreciate that you often focus on process and mindset when it comes photography. Mind you, gear talk is good as well. π
I have a job that regularly takes me to parts of Europe , UK, USA and sometimes Japan (when I'm lucky). Travel has to a certain degree ruined me for photography when I'm at home in Toronto. Here, I often find it very difficult to get into the frame of mind to go out shooting, as home is just not the same after I've been in considerably different environments – becomes 'same old' after a while. Quite the contrary to the point you raised about appreciating Europe now that you are residing in Japan. It's something I'll have to work on and I think it will help in my case to have some sort of a specific project to work on when I'm home.
Thanks for the great content!
Hey! I recently started following your videos and I love your work.
Just to bring in your notice for some reason you instagram link mentioned above in your description isnt working.
Hi! I've just discovered your channel. I really like your philosophy and find your advices so useful. I usually prefer nature photography because I find it more difficult to connect with street photography (although I try) but I have to say that I really like your images. I really connected with them, and I also love the way you treat them in the post production…you make them keep their essence. I will pay attention to your work from now on. Thanks for sharing!
Great shots.. I'm really enjoying following your journey to become a better photographer… Can you recommend good camera shops in Hiroshima?? π
Great video Adrien π got me motivated to go out and shoot again
Really love this video! I think itβs so important to focus on what you can create rather than longing for what you cannot have. I also love this video format. The message + the street photography is a really nice mix that kept me engaged!
