Japan Begins Sending Military Vehicles and 40 tonnes of Bulletproof Vests to Ukraine

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said that Japan would send around 100 military vehicles and tens of thousands of military equipment and food to Ukraine. Several military vehicles such as the JLTV, the M777 howitzer and other tactical military vehicles have begun to be loaded onto ships at the Port of Naha, Okinawa, Japan. The Japanese government also sent 40 tons of supplies to Ukraine, including bulletproof vests, ammunition, helmets, clothing, emergency food and other military equipment. These military supplies were transported by US Air Force C-17 aircraft at Yokota Air Base in Tokyo, in the process attended by officials of the Japanese Ministry of Defense, the US Embassy, and the Embassy of Ukraine.

    This appears to be incorrect. These are American made vehicles with USMC markings. They are not Japanese vehicles. Perhaps these are American supplies and vehicles being shipped from Japan.

    The great democracies are really stepping up. Bravo to Japan for huge generosity. I especially liked that significant cash help to Poland for helping refugees. Poland deserves a lot of help and thanks for standing solid with Ukraine.

    勿論、女性特有の生理用品も必要です

    Those vehicles look like they're from the american garrison in japan, not the JGSDF as they're all marked "USMC".

    Great news and thank you to Japan for their generosity for the equipment and tools they are sending and hoping that with the continuing generosity of other countries will give Putin that bloody nose that everyone is waiting for.
    On another note is there a leak of helium gas when Brooke Brander started speaking along with next guy!!
