A walk through Toronto’s massive undergound PATH system lurking below the financial district. I start at CIBC Square Park and make my way through Union Station before heading through The PATH.

Really enjoyed this one very much.
Good morning Johnny! Great tour around the CIBC Square Park during rush hour. I really enjoyed your commentary as well. Happy Thursday!!
I can't wait to explore – and probably get lost in (lol) – The PATH, it looks like an interesting place (even without Harveys…so sad – I loved their hot dogs π) π It's also really wonderful to see the city NOT covered in snow π π³ Thank you for another great walk, Johnny – you're the best π₯° β₯οΈ
Nice video Johnny from The Path & CIBC Square Park at Rush Hour | Downtown Toronto Walk
Thank you for the vid. I use to work at King & University. The food court at 145 King Street West was renovated by the management company worked with. Same with the PATH tunnel leading up to St. Andrews Station – 150 King St. W. I miss Toronto and I miss working in this part of the Financial District. So many memories came flooding back and put a smile on my face. Love watching your vids in general. Keep up the great work.
Great video. It's a whole other city down there.π Would like to see more walks in the PATH.
Hello from Nova Scotia. Please tell me the best way to get from Toronto to Niagara Falls, for a day trip. Coming by Train in August. Thanks Johnny.
Finally The PATH! I don't understand the door logic at the stations in Toronto, mostly heavy manual doors, very few automatic. They put an automatic revolving door but then right after that a manual door, quite weird π
Bonjour Monsieur .. loved watching your video channel and as always beautiful sharing adventure walk away tour, keep you posted Sir .. Merci beaucoup
Seeing all of that barren empty trainshed roof is a little sad. I wish they'd make the whole thing into park space or at least a green roof to reduce urban heat island.
That's why you don't see many peoples walking in downtown, peoples walking in the underground, almost the whole DT is underground, it's AMAZING!
Hey Johnny great video dude! I love the generous lady at 31:00
I kind of like the "disjointed" look as the different sections have their own appearance. I had to look up the price of parking at TD Centre; it's $30. Considering it's $18 to park across from my workplace in downtown Pittsburgh and the exchange rate, it's not as bad as I would have thought.
Granted, I wasn't entirely paying attention to this buuttt there's a Banksy somewhere in the PATH (in one of the buildings on York, thinking Southcore) and it would be great if you could find it. For me. Lol.
What is your role sir ?
What a great video! I'd like to get into the city and take some time exploring around the PATH. What's it like in there on weekends?
Yeah I heard Union Station is busy! Wow lots of new escalators in the CIBC Square
I used to work in the basement there at commerce court. Depressing during summer lol
The PATH used to be called "the world's largest underground shopping mall" according to The Guiness Book of World Records.
Wow.. under ground city. Kinda scarey in a way but awesome . Would never see this in my remaining life time . I don't travel now. Yrs ago, I knew Toronto quite well. Mostly brick back in my day. Now glass , marble or other shining materials.
Thank for taking this video . I'm still trying to catch up. π Fantastic. Keep up the amazing videoing. ππ
The banks are up to 3 days a week in office now
Thanks, Johnny! Worked at Yonge & Wellington from 1988-2012 then one year York & Bremner, before transferring to Mississauga and have travelled most of the route you took many, many times. Albeit of course, Union hadn't finished the transformation yet – but I've since been through it a couple of times.
