Day two in Disneyland Tokyo started off so well after all the lessons learnt from day one that we put into practice.
We managed to get all the reservations we wanted for both the rides and the shops on the Disneyland Japan app.
Then we seat about our day of mountains, Thunder Mountain, Space Mountain, and Splash Mountain. We also visited some locations that are unique to this park in Japan and give you an overview of the 40th Anniversary merchandise available.
We wrap the day with a look at the gorgeous Disneyland Hotel set right at the entrance to the park. The only thing that did not go to plan was the ride we both almost drowned on and the damage it did to my camera.

Did you speak to any of the "locals"? I found that once they realized you were not going to laugh at their English they were absolutely good fun to be with! I love Japanese people.

It looks like it would be so much better for my autistic daughter. A lot calmer and quieter than Florida. She’d probably cope a lot better there.😊

Hi both of you. I like how its a do-able walk from your hotel to the park as an alternative if the monorail is really busy? So pleased for you that you got all your reservations you wanted …..but oh god what a soaking you got on Splash Mountain!!!!! Ooer! The Disneyland Hotel is absolutely stunning! x

Thankyou for sharing your trip to Japan, somewhere I can only dream of going to. There seem to be a lot less mobility scooters and double strollers than in Orlando and so much quieter.

Love the vlogs as u know I watch them all..I must say I'm dissapointed with Disney Japan. Seems no atmosphere whatsoever and a bit glum. But glad u both enjoyed.

Hi Guys Great videos – Can I ask if you use a 360 camera?
I was there a few years ago and there wasn't any restriction getting into the shops, maybe its a new thing? The little Disney buses are really cool, we chose to use them because it was wet. The Japanese really do well with authenticity!

So similar and yet so different! Very interesting to see some of the cultural differences; people are very well behaved; I believe Japanese people are brought up to respect other people and be very polite, and it certainly seems to be demonstrated in the vlogs. Really enjoying this, can`t wait to see you at Disney Sea, that looks incredible and so different.
