That $1.50 buffet can only function because they use cheaper cuts of meat like chicken gizzards and pork skin. I would probably hit that place up once a week lol

I'm not a YouTuber but I moved back to Thailand 20 years ago, if you need local recommendations (because I've seen you go to the same places other YouTubers go and there are more great places/deals) I am willing to help as I love to watch your Vids. Anyway, stay hydrated as it's currently very hot here.
I think Pad Thai is ok, but I certainly wouldn't fill up on it at a buffet like that. Pad Thai is just too inexpensive and filling. The food at the first buffet looks great and so does the second. I might try out both this week.

Mikey, the lamb meat (at 09 :17!) that you ate was RAW … FAR too under-cooked!!! FAR too red!!!
Best to eat any and all meats, in foreign lands, cooked medium to medium-well, rather than rawer than rare!
Now, Thai sausages on the other hand … are DE-LISH, especially the Sai Ua, from northern Thailand!
