  1. We call those cold juice drinks sold on the street "Palamig"! Which means to be cold or cold drink. What you drank was melon, other common flavors are gulaman, pandan, or buko. I hope you enjoy your stay in the Philippines! πŸ‡΅πŸ‡

  2. The amount of cold juice u bought is 5pesos but she clearly overpriced shame on you lola

  4. So I did some digging and those are like made with melons and heavy milk I think and the Filipinos call it palamig idk why

  5. I feel like I knew the place when you posted the chorizo video, should have known you're in Iloilo, lol. it's my hometown and currently still residing. Just wanna say welcome and thank you for coming! 🀍

  6. It doesn't look like its worth 15 pesos. They depending the price to whos buying like you foreigners they abusing your kindness cause you dont know the real price

  7. You should be aware of coin denominations so you don't think again after you've made your payment. Even in Tokyo, I opened my palm & the saleclerk chose the amount in coins, not hand all then doubt later, when you said to the seller to get all.

  8. dude kudos to you for trying out the street food. I so want to but the first few times I've had street food in the Philippines I got food poisoning and was sent to the hospital. We actually lived there for a while but my American stomach just never adjusted lol. I miss the fishballs and iskrambol. I never had any problems when I went to Vietnam and Thailand.
