Nothing easier than smashing a shell with a hammer to get the meat. I understand chiefs like to preserve the shell to use it as presentation, but I don’t care. Just give me the meat as soon as possible.
Breaking and entering…for food. I'm actually surprised seeing him break the shell. Most of the videos I've seen, its either boiling the snail out or running a knife in and yanking them out or able to pry open the shell. It's a pretty shell. I would have tried to keep it together.
by the time he is finished cutting it in to paper thin slices what are you going to eat???????. leave some good size pieces so you can taste it and get some thing to eat.
you should tell me or Type it on the screen what type of veggies and different sauces they use, I could see MSG, Garlic, Ginger, Rice wine, & Fish Sauce being used. I like to cook but trying to cook Thai food & Vietnam food Is Greek to me, Thanks
