In this video we meet Mr. Katsunori Yashima of "Yakitori Hachibei" (19:13) and I mentioned that he appears in the documentary film "Barbecue" (2017) – I think it is still on Netflix, but in the meantime this is where he appears in the trailer: https://youtu.be/-KQRieY1i0o?t=31 Anyway, If you love yakitori, you'll love Hachibei!
The Chikushiguchi side of Hakata Station looks nice now! It was still under construction when I last saw it in person (last year). There are sooooo many dining options in/under/around the station that I never came across this particular "yokocho." Next time for sure!
