I last few with Jetstar about 18 months ago with mixed feelings with JetStar Japan. So this time I’m trying Jetstar Airways, again on a domestic flight, in New Zealand. Along the way we’ll see the difference between Jetstar Airways and Jetstar Japan. Some are subtle while others are more pronounced.
We got coffee, a morning flight, nice weather and loads of nice views on this quick flight across the North Island!

When approaching Wellington airport, did you fly over the 'cake tin'?
We can't wait to visit New Zealand! I'm glad you had such a fantastic trip!
Jetstar Japan (JJP) is part owned by Japan Airlines as well as Qantas, which would explain being able to use JAL miles whereas Jetstar (JST) is completely owned by Qantas.
How wonderful! Train, bus, plane, the views of New Zealand, a wonderful video, and on top of that comes things from Korea! I'm glad to see your travels and that you're enjoying it a lot, regards!
Thanks for checking out this trip. Flying in New Zealand is a really special experience – Views were unreal!
Sorry about that siren 🚨 at the end of the video…out of my control.
