I don't know where your salmon came from but it looks like a very low quality, shitty tasting salmon. The meat is almost white. YUK! I live in the Pacific Northwest of the United States where salmon are KING and if I filleted that salmon I probably wouldn't even smoke it..I'd feed it to my dogs and truthfully, idk that they'd eat it either.
