【優駿さくらロード（西舎（にしちゃ）桜並木）とは】
北海道浦河町の約3kmにわたって続く桜並木で、 約1,000本ものエゾヤマザクラが立ち並ぶ名所です。 「優駿さくらロード」という名称は、この美しい桜並木を広く知ってもらおうと町民から名前を募集し、2004年に決定した呼び名です。

近隣には乗馬体験ができる宿泊施設「うらかわ優駿ビレッジAERU(アエル)」、JRA日本中央競馬会の日高育成牧場があります。

What is “Yushun Sakura Road (Nishi-cha Cherry Blossom Lane)”?
This is a 3-km-long row of cherry trees in Urakawa Town, Hokkaido, where about 1,000 Ezo Yamazakura cherry trees stand side by side. The name “Yushun Sakura Road” was chosen in 2004 after the residents of the town solicited names for this beautiful row of cherry trees in order to make it widely known.

Nearby are the Urakawa Yushun Village AERU, a lodging facility where visitors can experience horseback riding, and the Hidaka Breeding Ranch of the Japan Racing Association (JRA).
