Really cheap for Tokyo standards. Not like you’re gonna get any decent sleep unless you’re Japanese and, henceforth, absolutely impervious and insensitive to both light AND sound and you’re the kind of person that could sleep on the floor in the middle of Shinjuku station during rush hour. But yeah, excellent location, looks absolutely stunning and really dirt cheap.
